All of the following classes are customized to your industry.

Face-To-Face Management Training:

    One-on-One Consultation or Team Consultation

      A one-day course totally designed by you and your Impact Communications’ consultant. It is an opportunity to get personalized attention on your particular communication issues and to critique your self on videotape.

      It is also an opportunity for your team to prepare for an important event.

    Selling Your Ideas and Motivating Others

      A two-day basic course for sales, marketing and product managers. This course introduces the 15 Minute Presentation Planner as the basis for creating and delivering listener focused, persuasive presentations.

      Through extensive videotaping and coaching, participants learn how to harness their fear and be perceived as confident and genuine in a variety of face-to-face situations.

    Technical Presentations that S.C.O.R.E

      A two-day course that is designed specifically for those communicating in a technical environment that need to have immediate impact on senior level executives.

      Participants learn to S.C.O.R.E. by creating presentations utilizing the 15 Minute Presentation Planner that are Simple, Clear, well-Organized, Relevant, and E
      ngaging.

      There is extensive video taping and coaching to help participants enhance the way they are delivering the message, interacting with visuals and responding to questions.

    Applause

      A one-day course that reviews the principles of our core program, Selling Your Ideas and Motivating Others. This course catapults participants to the next level.

      The pre-requisite course is Selling Your Ideas and Motivating Others or its equivalent. Some pre-work will be required.

      This is a highly customized and industry specific course.

    Speech Writer

      A two-day course that concentrates primarily on content.

      Participants create a persuasive presentation from the ground up that balances informational with relational elements.

      Participants learn how to make presentations that are attention getting, meaningful and activating in a step-by-step manner.

      This is a highly customized and industry specific course.

Phone Skills for Employees and Supervisors:

    Phone Pro

      A one-day course for sales representatives whose primary mode of business is over the telephone.

      Sales representatives learn to close the sale by asking the right questions, understanding the behavioral style of the customer, and using their voice as their best vehicle for persuasion.

    Coaching Award Winning Customer Service

      A full day course in which customer service managers and supervisors learn how to reinforce the skills introduced in the Ex.C.E.E.D. course. Managers will also learn a coaching framework for even the most challenging employees.

      It is strongly recommended that managers first participate in the Ex.C.E.E.D. course.

    Ex.C.E.E.D. Exceeding Customer Expectations Every Day

      A one-day course designed for those in a call center environment. This program addresses the issues the reps themselves have said they need to know.

      Each rep is audio taped, receives extensive coaching and sets personal goals.

    On-The-Job Coaching

      A highly trained Impact Communications’ consultant sits elbow to elbow with your call center representative and listens in on calls. The consultant will provide immediate feedback on how the call was handled and offer suggestions when needed.

      It is an opportunity for reps to bring up any individual concerns in a private one-on-one format. Each consultation lasts between 30-45 minutes.
